My Approach
My humanistic, relational approach focuses on mindfulness and psycho-spiritual support. I believe our connections with ourselves, others, and the world are profoundly important. My aim is to help individuals uncover their values, strengths, and purpose, empowering them to live meaningful lives.
Over the past 11+ years, I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, across cultures, backgrounds, orientations, and experiences. My work has spanned the whole lifespan, supporting children and young people in schools and colleges, as well as adults through charities, organisations, and private practice. This breadth of experience continually deepens my respect for the uniqueness of each individual and strengthens my passion for the work that I do.
I’ve seen how clarity, self-awareness, and intentional action can transform lives, turning confusion or unhappiness into purpose and joy. These transformations inspire me. My approach explores how integrating spiritual and existential dimensions with psychological techniques fosters healing and growth. This approach offers more than short-term relief, helping clients align with what truly matters.
Empathy, shaped by experience and observation, is central to my work. By blending therapeutic models, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and a mind-body-spirit approach, I provide tools for insight, relief and well-being. It’s fulfilling to help clients not only understand their challenges but take meaningful action to create a life they love.
